Terms and Conditions

All Inflatables have Public Liability Insurance for the age limits specified and as per the following Terms and Conditions of Hire.

This forms our Hire Agreement and Disclaimer as requested by the Insurers

A copy of the Terms and Conditions of Hire is sent out with the Hire Confirmation - this needs to be signed when the Inflatable is delivered to ensure that the Insurance cover is in place.

Any persons or organisation hiring our Inflatables and Play Equipment are responsible/liable for any damage or injuries occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. Persons using the inflatable do so at their own risk. These guidelines are for the safety of all persons using the inflatable, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Our company cannot accept responsibility for any damage or injury to anyone using the equipment caused by misuse.

  • The Children's units have an age limit of 14 years for Insurance Purposes, although individual Inflatables may have other age recommendations - usually under 12 years, so please see Product Details. Please ensure that no-one over the age of 14 bounces on the equipment. No adults are to bounce on these Bouncy Castles as they may cause harm to smaller users, and they do so at their own risk.

  • Our range of castles described as Older Children/Adult Bouncy Castles are designed for Adults to bounce on - please ensure that you rotate usage and any small children bounce exclusively without Older Children/Adults bouncing to ensure that they do not harm smaller users.

  • No food or drinks, chewing gum to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle which will avoid choking and mess (please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it may incur a cleaning charge).

  • All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges MUST be removed before using the Bouncy Castle.

  • No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Bouncy Castle (these items can stain and damage the Inflatable so again, if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it may incur a cleaning charge).

  • No smoking or barbeques near the Bouncy Castle.

  • Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.

  • A responsible Adult (over 18 years) must supervise the Bouncy Castle at all times.

  • Always ensure that the Bouncy Castle is not overcrowded and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time, try to encourage age groups taking turns.

  • Always ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.

  • No pets, toys or sharp instruments permitted on or near the Bouncy Castle.

  • Please ensure that any users of the Bouncy Castle do not consume alcohol/drugs or any other intoxicating substance while using the equipment.

  • If the Bouncy Castle is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains.

  • Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a Child could easily bounce off the Inflatable and get hurt. The step is there only to assist users getting on or off.

  • Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the Bouncy Castles or indeed any Child who is feeling unwell.

  • Do not allow anyone to be on the Bouncy Castle during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.

  • Please ensure that Children are not attempting somersaults, are clothed appropriately and that nothing can fall out of their pockets.

  • Ensure that an area of 3 feet (1 metre) around the unit is completely clear.

  • The Bouncy Castle should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area.

  • In the event of heavy rain, it is recommended that the Inflatable is switched off for safety reasons. When it is safe to use, switch the blower back on and towel dry before letting children back on.

  • Do not switch the blower on and off whilst in use.

  • In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure that all users get off the Inflatable immediately. The blower has a safety reset button, try pressing this, also check the fuses and make sure the blower’s tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower.

  • In the event that the blower overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later, and it should restart. If it does not, inform us straight away on 07788 896988.

These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times. Should any incident occur and the Rules of Play not have been adhered to then our Insurers will not accept liability.

Please remember if the Inflatable is damaged or dirty upon collection you will be liable for cleaning costs.
